Spinach is shit. Let’s face it, it really is. But it’s also the shit! All green leafy vegetables are. They are packed with more nutrients than you can shake a limp piece of spinach from the bottom of the bag at!
No one craves green leafy vegetables do they? It’s typically not people’s favourite food and so I’m always thinking of ways to jazz it up. Make it more appealing. Why? Because they are just so good for you.
My go to trick is to hide them. Hide the green leafy veggies in everything. And if you can’t hide them, cover them in something nice.
And so here I’ve compiled some recipes that have hidden gems so you can get your intake without even realising it.

In a small bowl mix 2 teaspoons of tahini with 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of za’atar and mix well. Drizzle over your greens (as pictured below) and enjoy.
