Join Jeanie Jyanti, senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer for this weekend long, residential immersion.
Spend a weekend in the rolling hills of West Dingle in a cosy retreat centre with a hearty kitchen bursting with nourishment. All your needs will be tended to so you can sit back and absorb the experience and learning.
There is no requirement to have given birth or even plan to give birth, to be part of this training. All we ask is you have a keen interest.

Intended Outcome:
A deeper understanding of Parent + Baby Yoga, the origins of life, how to hold space for parents to navigate their journey and how to share these gifts with others. The tools, experience and confidence to begin your Postpartum Yoga teaching journey.
Your Guide:
Your main guide will be Jeanie Jyanti, Senior Yoga Teacher, Business and Studio Owner and Yoga Teacher Trainer. Founder of Alchemy School of Yoga, based in Cork, Ireland, Jeanie is a 900hr registered yoga teacher. Jeanie studied and trained under the joyous Yogrishi Vishvketu PhD of Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh, India. She also studied with the sublime Usha Anandi of Womben Wellness, as well as Sally Parkes Yoga and Uma Dinsmore Tuli to gain over RPYT200 in Pregnancy, Post-natal, Fertility and Parent and Baby Yoga.

Suitable for:
Anyone with a Prenatal YTT or similar study/experience in birth such as doula, midwife, gentle birth practioner etc. But please get in touch even if you don’t have these qualifications, lets chat and see if it’s suitable

This course is accreditated with Yoga Alliance Professionals and upon successful completion (including some at home coursework and assessment) will allow the participant to register 30hrs of CPD with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Please note we also hold our training school to even higher standards than YAP set. We believe this is important for the continuining development and education of Yoga. All our courses exceed the minimum requirements that YAP set and instead ensure that Yogic traditions are honoured, ancient wisdom is acknowledged, modern science is shared and current best practices are observed.

Reiltin Yoga Centre is set apart form the main Dingle town, and over the course of the weekend, it will play a unique role in allowing you to immerse yourself fully in your teachings, grow, develop and ultimately, transform. This wonderful Centre in the heart of the Wild West Coast will allow us to connect with ourlselves, each other and our purpose.
A holistic retreat and wellness centre, The Reiltin Retreat Centre in Dingle has a fully equipped yoga room onsite, overlooking the majestic hills outside Dingle town. Rooting yourself at the Reiltin Yoga Centre for the duration of this course is a key element in engaging in this immersive experience.
All rooms are shared with shared bathrooms and most have bunk beds. We aim to live as a large family for the training. The centre is rustic and homely with a lot of heart and peaceful surroundings.
There is one non sharing room available at an extra charge. Please enquire about booking.
Inspired by the Wild Atlantic Way, the meals provided throughout this course will be Sattvic which means (where possible) it will be local, organic, in season, fresh, and cooked onsite with absolute love by loving people. This ensures the food is packed with Prana – life giving energy, that the environment is protected and that you are fuelling your body in balance with your surroundings. Meals will be created lovingly by Derbhla and our team and each day meals will be carefully prepared to suit the environment, the weather and your soul. Our goal throughout this course is to not only nourish your mind, body and soul but ensure you learn how you can bring these practices home with you and share them with your future students and community!
